By installing or using DriveSync Pro ("the app") you agree to these terms.

Using the app

The app is provided free of charge for personal use. You may use it to copy files you have the right to copy between your own Google Drive and your own computer or storage devices.

Your Google account

The app works through your own Google account. Your use of Google Drive remains subject to Google's terms. You can remove the app's access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. How the app handles your information is described in the privacy policy.

No warranty

The app is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. Keep your own backups of anything important. The developer is not liable for lost or damaged files, interrupted transfers, Google account limits, or any other damage arising from use of the app, to the extent permitted by law.

Third-party software

The app includes rclone (rclone.org), which is distributed under the MIT licence.

These terms may be updated. The current version is always on this page.
